My journey began not in textbooks, but in spirit.
Through dreams. Through visions. Through the whispers of women who came before me.

I’ve walked the fire of trauma. I’ve crumbled under grief.
But through each season of pain, I met the plants. I met the breath. I met the sound.
And I remembered healing doesn’t come from the outside in.
It comes from the inside out, rooted in ritual and wrapped in love.

As a herbal practitioner, energy healer, Reiki channel, sound alchemist, and intuitive guide, I hold sacred space for those ready to remember their power.
Whether it’s through a cup of calming tea, a soul-cleansing sound bath, or a divine ritual under the moon, every offering I create is infused with intention, protection, and ancestral blessing.

This work is not just what I do. It’s who I am.
I serve those navigating shadow, transformation, spiritual awakening, or simply the sacred return to self. I serve the ones who are ready to bloom.

As Vice President of Holistic Professionals of Color (HPOC), Kay brings deep-rooted wisdom, sacred leadership, and a passion for healing justice to the holistic health community. A devoted herbalist and spiritual practitioner, Kay weaves ancient healing traditions with modern wellness to uplift BIPOC voices and practices.

Her role within HPOC reflects her mission: to ensure that Black and Brown healers are not only included, but centered, honored, and supported in spaces of wellness, research, and sacred medicine. Through mentorship, advocacy, and event curation, she helps bridge the gap between ancestral knowledge and community empowerment.

At the heart of her work is a love for the land, the spirit, and collective liberation. Whether she’s guiding rituals, coordinating healing events, or tending to her herbal apothecary, Kay shows up with integrity, warmth, and a deep commitment to restoring balance in the body, soul, and systems.
